The above ground housing is recreational size ranch style tiny homes.  This protects the eyes and the ranch ambience. Some of the units offer large basements for larger families or extra storage space.  There is a both communal underground storage for the residents as well as personal underground housing and storage facilities tied to your recreational house.

                                This is a small operationally sustainable community with food, cattle, swine, goats, chickens and more.  Residents during recreational status enjoy very fresh consciously raised mostly organic meat year round to stock up on shipped/picked up to store and enjoy in their regular home residence.

Fresh farm raised vegetables mostly organic, even spices grown in the passive solar greenhouse which is underground to extend the growing season and are also made available and shipped to your permanent home for everyday use.

Raised beds offer additional growing areas and productivity during the outdoor growing season. The meat and vegetables are based on the family size, recreational residence style, but are included. A family of 4-6 may receive 1-3 thousand pounds of fresh groceries, and meat annually grown and raised right off the farm. Sustainable high quality and nonsense free meats and vegetables.

Recreational activities on the ranch and surrounding areas include horseback riding on off ranch, ATV vehicles, shooting ranges, skiing, fishing, protection dog training classes and much more.

The average person was completely disrupted mentally and otherwise by this lessor emergency called covid. Meanwhile on the ranch just another beautiful day at the office. We worked the ranch, rode horses managed an almost unlimited supply of food, enjoyed hours of fishing and quad riding with almost zero worry for every essential including power, water, food, kids and family.

What lock down? We only experienced that when we visited the big cities. Getting toilet paper was never dramatic head on down the stairs and grab a roll, easy peasy. Besides the completely unthinkable all other major issues are just another wonderful day on the ranch.

We run our own breeding program and we never use gestation or farrowing crates. Our sows give birth naturally and in large pens where they have lots of room to move around.
